About Latitude 37 Serviced Apartments

We’ve earned an excellent reputation with both leisure and corporate guests, and we work hard to keep our reviews positive.
People often say things like ‘lovely’, ‘magnificent’ and ‘excellent for families’ – these ratings are important to us, because we recognise that word-of-mouth travels fast in this internet age. While you’re staying at Latitude 37, we’ll do everything we can to ensure you’re a happy customer.

Award-winning nautical design

Latitude 37 was designed by Lawrence Sumich of Sumich Chaplin Architects and developed by Holdsworth Group Ltd. The complex won four significant awards – the NZIA Multiple Housing Category Award 1999 / Property Council Of New Zealand Building Category-Sector Tribute Award 1999 / F&P Apartment building – Sector Tribute Award 199 – Achievement of Excellence / F&P Apartment building – Sector Tribute Award 199 – Gold Trophy . Latitude 37 takes its design cue from the Auckland waterfront of previous era’s, featuring details from the original warehouse and wharf railings as well as featuring details of a classic ship. You’ll notice nautically-styled railings and symbolic ship windows, as well as the suggestion of funnels.

New Zealand native gardens

The landscaping in the atrium areas takes its design from the waitakere ranges, featuring native ponga’s and king ferns among other native plants. This evergreen oasis of New Zealand bush is a special feature of Latitude 37 and gives the complex a relaxed holiday ambience.  When you’re heading out or returning home to your apartment, enjoy the natural and beautiful views of Latitude 37.
