Business Conference
The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the conference past all the beautiful restaurants and the marina. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable with every convenience. It was quiet and very secure.
Perfect
Our stay at Latitude 37 was exactly what we needed. We rented the 2 bedroom with loft room. Our apartment had a peek of the sea and was well equipped with laundry and kitchen facilities and a car park is included. Great location next to the Viaduct where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. We checked in and out after hours and the process was very easy, straight forward and worked well. Definitely recommend a stay at Latitude 37.
Magnificent
Fantastic property.
I was there with a group of 6 friends and we had one of the 4 bedroom penthouses.
They are simply perfect.

The location is perfect, in the harbour, just off the busy roads but still close to everything.
Great Stay
We rented the Penthouse Suite for a family weekend and were very pleased with the whole stay. Comfy rooms, friendly staff and a great location for accessing the Viaduct's hospitality venues, ferries and tourist activities.
Excellent for families
The location was wonderful and accessible to usual tourist things like the whale/dolphin safari, Mt Eden etc. Besides the tourist things, we could just walk around the pier and watch the ocean - the kids loved it! I really liked the units - they were private (no surrounding noise including from the neighbouring units), well maintained, well equipped (silent washing machine!) with furniture/fittings/lots of plug points (yes!) and pots/pans etc. Parking was great/secure and i really liked the touch-key entry since it gave us a feeling of security for the kids overall.
Spacious and comfortable
I shared this apartment with 3 colleagues on a business trip. It is the penthouse apartment amid other apartment buildings and has a view of the city and you can see to the harbour, which is half a block away. There is an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge room which is large enough that we can all sit comfortably to watch TV. There is also a stairway up to a rooftop deck which makes the most of the view for some after-work drinks and nibbles. The 3 main rooms are generously sized, one ensuite one with 2-way bathroom, and a smaller room built in under the stairs to the deck.
Great location
The close proximity to restaurants, shops and viaduct harbour made these serviced apartments a convenient location. Walking distance to everything though we did need to drive to the local supermarket which was approx 1 km away. Latitude 37 is
located in a quiet part of the viaduct and we only heard street noise on two occasions which only lasted a short time. We arrived after hours and had no difficulty in locating our keys and apartment with the instructions and map easy to follow. Thoroughly recommend this venue to anyone wanting accommodation in a great location with a marina at your door step.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latitude 37. We stayed in the studio apartment which had everything we needed. It is in a Prime Location, fantastic service, great room, competitive pricing. I highly recommend Latitude 37 when visiting Auckland, you wont be disappointed!
Excellent Stay
What an amazing Find in the heart of Auckland. It's value for money,modern and spotlessly clean with everything you need. It's close too the main downtown core and waterfront. Can't say anything bad about the place will use again.
